Our beautiful villa provides a luxurious and peaceful location to relax and enjoy the excellent Florida weather, and is the perfect base for visiting all the nearby attractions, beaches, shops, restaurants and golf courses.Our home is on a raised plot with a South West facing pool. This captures the Sun ALL DAY and is not directly overlooked!! We have a large 30ft x 15 ft full width pool with a built in jacuzzi spa. The extended decking area offers shaded areas too!!

Our 4 Bedroom 3 bathroom home is really spacious (over 2030sq ft of living space) and sleeps up to 10 people comfortably. There are 2 Master Suites (one King and one Queen sized), and the two twin rooms share a bath & shower room. There are two living areas providing ample space for families to relax.

The fully featured kitchen offers all the comforts of home including a dishwasher. Location

Our luxury Florida villa is located on a raised plot in Mercott Court, a small cul-de-sac on the Greater Groves community. Greater Groves is two miles north on highway 27 from highway 192 west. (Click here to see location maps). A key point to note is the number of communities along highway 27 with active building activity on them. Greater Groves is completed and has no further development planned. Therefore you will not be interrupted by the loud noise of heavy construction traffic or the unsightly views of building work and ground clearance. The community has wide roadways and sidewalks, a community centre, tennis courts, volley ball, basketball and a full size community swimming pool.
